4. ENROLLMENT TERMS

  • Modeling contracts

4.2 Schedule & Program Changes

We reserve the right to:

  • Reschedule classes

  • Convert physical classes to online sessions

  • Cancel sessions if participation is insufficient

 

4.3 Attendance Policy

  • Missed classes are non-replaceable

  • No rescheduling will be provided

  • No compensation for missed sessions

 

4.4 Conduct

Participants must:

  • Follow instructor guidance

  • Maintain respectful behavior

Failure may result in removal without refund.

 

5. REFUND & PAYMENT POLICY

 

5.1 Strict No Refund Policy

All payments are:

  • Final

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

This applies to all:

  • Courses

  • Masterclasses

  • Packages

 

5.2 No Exceptions

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Personal reasons

  • Schedule conflicts

  • Missed sessions

  • Dissatisfaction

 

5.3 Chargeback Protection

By making a payment, you agree:

  • Not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes

6. HEALTH & LIABILITY WAIVER

All activities, including runway training, movement, and photoshoots, are undertaken at your own risk.

 

6.2 Insurance Requirement

Participants are responsible for maintaining their own:

  • Medical insurance

  • Life insurance

  • Injury coverage

Runway Revolution does not provide insurance coverage.

 

6.3 Liability Disclaimer

Runway Revolution is not liable for:

  • Injuries

  • Physical strain

  • Health-related incidents

  • Any damages arising during participation

 

7. ONLINE & DIGITAL CLASSES

 

7.1 Online Delivery

Classes may be conducted:

  • Hybrid (online + physical)

 

7.2 Technical Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

  • Internet connection

  • Device functionality

No refunds or compensation will be provided for technical issues on the user’s side.

 

7.3 Recording Rights

Online sessions may be recorded and used for:

  • Training

  • Internal review

  • Marketing purposes

 

8. ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
